So we sent you some awesome stuff! But somewhere in the process, dark forces rose from the depths and damaged your awesome stuff! This is horrible. And we will not abide by it.
If your items arrive damaged, request a support ticket. If you can include pictures, that's even better. After reviewing your request we will replace it, and send you a return label for the damaged item if it is not a print. It's not your fault that it was broken when it got there, and we will do our best to make sure you get completely intact merchandise.
There are limits however. Your request must arrive within 30 days from the time your order was shipped.
If your damaged item is discontinued, we can get you a different style of shirt, or a refund.
