Orders outside the U.S.A. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees. From what we can tell, the amounts of these fees are almost entirely arbitrary in nature, and in some cases are not levied at all, which makes it impossible for us to know how much they will be. Therefore, the recipient must assume full responsibility for these fees. Customs policies vary wildly and unpredictably from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information; please do not complain to us as we have little to no control over your government's policies (for now). Customs clearance procedures can sometimes create delivery delays beyond what we originally estimate.
We can't mark international orders as gifts on their customs forms, because that is international mail fraud. We are too delicate and beautiful for jail.

Customs can be tricky in some countries. There are some post services which offer an insurance in these cases, so I strongly recommend for you people to seek them and use it. For instance, DHL always offer this service.
