How do you ship your prints?
In most cases, they're rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Smaller prints on fine art paper or other stiff paper stock may be shipped in rigid envelopes, as they don't like being rolled. If you order other items in addition to the print, your package will look either like a big lumpy bag, a triangle Priority/Express Mail mailer, or a neat box, mostly depending on how much space it all takes up.
Will my print fit my frame?
All size information for posters on the site is approximate, because our many prints are hand-cut. Due to the vagaries of margins and human-based labor, actual sizes may vary slightly. If you've already bought frames or have precise size restrictions for some other reason, we can usually accommodate requests for precise measurements or specific margin sizes; all you need to do is use the comment box in the order form to let us know you have specific size requirements.
How big are the margins?
Because most of our prints are hand-cut, margin size may vary between printings, and not all prints come with margins. If you need them to be a particular size, please use the comment field to let us know! We can accommodate most reasonable requests for specific margin sizes. This is especially true for canvas prints - if you want large margins so you can stretch them, especially on the really big prints, please let us know!
Why can't I select Domestic First Class for orders involving both prints and t-shirts?
It's too heavy! With doubleweight matte and semimatte paper, we can fit quite a lot of posters in a tube without affecting the weight much, but adding shirts pretty much always bumps the weight over 14oz and into Priority Mail pricing.
Why aren't all comics available as on-demand prints?
In most cases, it's because there isn't an image file of high enough resolution to make prints with an acceptable level of quality.
I really like (insert image here) and would like to buy it as a print, but it's not available from your website.
You should contact the creator! If there's sufficient interest in a given image they may opt to make it available as a poster. Unfortunately, because printing posters requires very high-resolution images, we can only print images that we have listed through the online storefront.
