You placed your order but decided right after that you wanted to change something! You want to add something to your order, or change it. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately there is no longer anything we can do to change it - you'll need to make a return or exchange. If you contact us before your order ships, we may be able to make certain changes for you, though we cannot guarantee that this is always possible. You must do it quickly! Sorry we're not as fast as Amazon, Mom. Here are some common change requests and what we can do about them:
- We can usually change your shipping address, provided this does not impact your postage costs (we will have to charge you extra if you've paid for US Domestic shipping and are switching to an international address, for example).
- We can sometimes make minor changes (for other sizes/products of equal or lesser value).
- If you have placed multiple orders and would like us to attempt to ship them together in one package, we would be happy to try! It can save you money on import fees (depending on your country's policies) and sometimes speed up transit times. We can try to refund the excess in shipping once your package has shipped.
- If you would like to cancel your order or part of your order for any reason, we can do that for you, but a handling fee will apply. This is to cover the cost of packing, intercepting, unpacking, restocking, and refunding your order. The cancellation fee will equal 3% of your order total (usually between $1-4 USD)
- If you would like to add items to your order, unfortunately we cannot do that, due to consumer protection measures that prevent us from adding charges to your order after it's been placed. The only way to do this is to cancel the original order and place a new one with the additional items, in which case the handling fee (see above) will apply. In most cases, we recommend simply placing a second order.
Making changes or canceling orders is a very time-consuming process, and we strongly dislkie doing it. To make things easier for everyone and avoid any extra fees, please double-check your order before finalizing it. While we make every effort to accommodate the above requests, we can't guarantee that any given request will be carried out in time before the order is shipped - if you do need to change or cancel your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible via support ticket, and include the order number.
